“Neonlab App” Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Neonlab website and its associated services, including but not limited to the Neonlab Creator web application (referred to collectively as the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you may not use the Services.

2. Service Description

Neonlab provides a web-based platform for creating 3D models of Neon sign bases (“Neonlab Creator”). Users can purchase subscriptions to access the Neonlab Creator and download the 3D models generated through the platform. Neonlab sells software products in a Software as a Service (SaaS) model.

3. User Accounts and Subscriptions

  • Users are required to create an account to purchase subscriptions and access the Neonlab Creator.
  • Account information collected includes first name, last name, company name (optional), VAT number (optional), address, phone number, email address, and order notes.
  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
  • Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis at the specified amount outlined in the chosen business plan.
  • Users must have an active subscription to access and use the Neonlab Creator.

4. Payments

  • Payments for subscriptions are processed through Stripe.
  • Neonlab collects minimal payment data for managing orders, including amount, currency, date of payment, payment method, and status. Major payment data is stored securely by Stripe.
  • All transactions are subject to Stripe’s terms and conditions.

5. Data Collection and Usage

  • Neonlab collects user data for order management and subscription tracking.
  • Personal information collected is used for billing purposes, communication, and account management.
  • Neonlab utilizes tracking technologies, including Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, Google Tags, and Google Ads, to analyze user behavior, track purchases, and improve services.
  • Data may be shared with third-party services for marketing purposes and service improvement.

6. Security Measures

  • Neonlab employs standard security measures provided by WordPress and WooCommerce.
  • OAuth authorization for the Neonlab Creator is powered by Miniorange.
  • Additional security measures include Cloudflare Turnstile Captcha.

7. Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes arising from the use of the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Poland.
