After you visit our web application for the first time you will be welcomed with the manual which will guide you through basics. After you will create your first shape you can discover it in 3D. Then there will be possibility for you to retrieve 3D file in STL format. You can load this file and print it on the 3D printer or CNC machine. Next step is to place Neon LED strip and voilà! Beautiful custom sign is finished.

All you need to do is choose a plan suited for you. After that place an order and enjoy free 14 day trial. While checkout log into existing account otherwise we will create one for you. Then after successful checkout you will receive an email with password reset. That’s all! Go to Neonlab App, log in with your credentials and enjoy designing 3D signs!

We also have single Neonlab App usage. If you pick single usage you can use Neonlab App only once within that order. You pay once and you use once as well. Here you can purchase single Neonlab App usage:
Yes, of course! When you decide which plan you want to choose, click “Subscribe”, fill all user data and enjoy free 14 day trial. After 14 days of free usage money will be charged. If you won’t be satisfied with our application simply cancel your subscription here. Just click cancel before free period ends and no money will be charged. If however you are not satisfied with our product please tell us why that’s the case. Maybe we will think of something!
Above that we provide totally free 1 day test experience. Just go visit our creator and click “demo”. You don’t have to login, fill any information just enjoy!
Subscriptions are valid as long as you use Neonlab App. That is til you cancel your subscription. You can do that here. Subscriptions are paid every month so if you pay on May 01 2024 and you cancel May 10 2024 then you can still use Neonlab App til 01 June 2024.
After you finish creating your Neon LED project then you will be redirected to your account dashboard here where you can download it. You can always visit your account dashboard on Neonlab App main page and clicking account icon in top right corner.
Every subscription plan has it own limit. Information about Neon project limit is always shown below Neon plan name. We are aware that Neonlab App has its own learning curve so during 14 day of free trial there is absolutely NO LIMIT for Neon projects so you don’t have to stress yourself. Test at your own pace, enjoy!
